In 1986, when we began under the California Innovations brand, we had no idea that we would become the market leader in soft-sided coolers and lunch packs. We acquired Arctic Zone in 2005 which provided us with even more talent and brainpower. Throughout, we have remained steadfastly loyal to our starting principles: innovation and quality. We have two super talented design teams, one in our head office in Toronto and the other in our Chicago design office. We also have our product management, graphics, sales, and logistics teams in Toronto as well as the U.S. and have additional offices in Montreal and Shenzhen. It all begins in downtown Los Angeles during the 1920’s where our current President’s grandfather saved up every penny he had to purchase a tent and awning company to support his growing family. With a strong background in custom textile manufacturing, clients began requesting custom bags for conferences and events in the late 1980’s. As the demand for custom bags increased, his grandson launched a new division of the company, Bagmasters, to better serve the growing demand.

At Bayside Apparel, creating American-made tees is our passion and a commitment to our core values. As we continue to grow our operations, we continue to create more and more jobs right here in America. From the farmers growing the cotton all over the USA to the finished garment, each shirt has touched almost 500 American hands.
